Refund policy

We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order:

• No Cash on Delivery (COD), Exchanges, or Returns are accepted unless the item received is damaged.
• In case of a damaged product, a return request must be raised within 15 days of receiving the order.
• To process a return for a damaged item, an unpacking video is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and serve you better.
• Slight colour variations may occur due to photography and lighting. If you have any doubts about the product, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
• All listed prices are inclusive of GST — 5% on sarees and 18% on home décor items.
